THURSDAY, JULY 3
‘FAMILY BLOCK PARTY,’ Westborough’s July Fourth celebration, takes place tonight from 6-10, on West Main Street in front of the Town Hall. Festivities include music by Tailspin, country line dance demonstrations, a magic show, hayrides and children’s activities.
A FAMILY CONCERT, featuring the Claflin Hill Summer Winds with John Burrows and the Copacabana Band, will be held in honor of Independence Day, tonight from 5-10, at Plains Park, Rte. 85, Milford. Fireworks follow at 10 p.m. The rain date is July 6.
MARLBOROUGH SUMMER CONCERT SERIES Nocturnal Sunshine performs tonight from 7-9, at Union Common, corner of Main and Bolton streets. Admission is free. Call 508-624-6925.

BOSTON POPS ESPLANADE ORCHESTRA, led by Keith Lockhart, teams up with the country music super-group Rascal Flatts for the 35th Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular. The concert, that begins tonight at 7, is hosted by Craig Ferguson of CBS’ “The Late Late Show.” Highlights include the Pops rendition of the “1812 Overture” and a spectacular fireworks display.
